October 19, 2009 (Issue #2) – Hardpop is still popping despite the Juarez controversies, and welcomes first timer Miss Jools on the night of September 19, 2009. The moment you step out of your car and approach the doors of Hardpop, you’re body is overwhelmed by good vibrations and deep pulsating beats. Pastilla Digital, after all, has been known to bring bumping parties from across the boarder.

Rik PD opened up the night with calm yet chill beats, which progressed through the night into a more groovy and danceable set. Miss Jools took the stage by Midnight. Despite some minor technical difficulties with the turntables, she still put on a good house/techno set while the crowd danced the night away till 3 in the morning.

Hardpop, by the way, will be raving until 3am till December. The vibe at Hardpop has never let down. Once you enter the party, you are so mesmerized that you just keep dancing, hoping the party won’t end. The club is amazing and I’ve heard good things [about it] because my friends have played here, stated Miss Jools.

Seating at Hardpop is somewhat limited, so if you did not come to get down, you will have a hard time finding a seat. However, the quality of the music the DJës spin will leave even the most prudent of individuals hard pressed to stay seated.
